Thank you for your note!

Please, don't be too hard on yourself. While it's true that the launch
results weren't at all what we hoped for, I want to assure you that we
would absolutely love to continue working with you and showcasing your new
works. The latter half of this year has also been relatively quiet for us,
but we're optimistic about a pickup in early 2024.

It's an interesting point you make about the format of the works. Yes,
while frame screens tend to be vertical, we have noticed an overall much
larger trend on the market towards displaying digital art on horizontal
screens (such as TVs), which might explain some challenges with vertical
formats. However, your creative expression and dedication to your vision
are what truly matter. The way you've embraced portrait orientation is
commendable.

Please don't worry about the financial aspects; we're in this together.
Your art and its unique perspective are incredibly valuable to us. Let's
definitely stay in touch, and I look forward to seeing what you create next=
.
