Yes - I am completely open to what works for you. The reason we make the 
specific artwork exclusive on Sedition is to prevent us advertising the 
artwork and then someone going to another platform to purchase the same 
work.

But if you have a solution in mind that works for you, I will update 
contract etc to fit your needs!

Thank you for understanding, I will always have a loyalty to Sedition as our 
working relationship goes back a long way.



It had already occurred to me that a rethink of the contract would be an 
answer, and I would certainly welcome a change.



It occurs to me that we would have to consider it in two parts:

Firstly, the work that is currently held on various platforms. It would be 
quite easy to come up with a solution to make the work non-exclusive, 
Sedition are the only company that insists on this clause.



Secondly, the launch of new work. This may be a bit more tricky to solve as 
I’m sure all the platforms would want exclusive rights for private views, 
social media announcements, etc..



There will be a solution, especially when considering that all the platforms 
I exhibit on have entirely different business models and target audiences.

Totally understand, please note that we are doing our best to promote and 
sell art on Sedition - and the new platform has substantially outperformed 
recent years. Also note that it isn't the easiest environment out there at 
the moment, we are in regular meetings with all of the platforms and many 
are winding down operations.

I'm open to changing the contract to allow you to leverage your work 
elsewhere also, if that is something you would be interested in - or perhaps 
keeping some of the work on here and removing others that you think will do 
better elsewhere? We can create any situation that best suits you.

financial choice.

My earnings from Sedition are now a tiny fraction of what I earn from other 
companies even though you hold much more than 50% of my work.

My stuff is buried on your server, never likely to ever see the light of day 
again, while I’m constantly under pressure from others to produce more work.

The contract with you that I will always honour, precludes me from 
distributing my work elsewhere.
After the last disappointing couple of years of submitting new work to 
Sedition and the realisation that the same work would now be actively 
exhibited somewhere in the World, my decision is not a difficult one.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please find below a formal termination notice issued pursuant to the 
Sedition Artist Terms & Conditions. This notice is served in accordance with 
the contractual provision permitting an artist to require Sedition Limited 
to cease further Commercialisation of a Work following the expiry of the 
minimum three‑year term.

I hereby require Sedition Limited to cease all further Commercialisation of 
the Works of Enzo Roff as listed in the Schedule below. Each Work has 
exceeded the mandatory minimum term and is therefore eligible for withdrawal 
under the Conditions.

In accordance with the Terms, Sedition is required to:

*	withdraw all unsold Editions from sale within sixty (60) days of receipt 
of this notice. Nominally on or before the 17th of August 2026.
*	maintain access to previously sold Editions for existing Collectors; and
*	retain the relevant Work pages solely for the purpose of supporting 
Collectors’ Usage Rights.

Please confirm receipt of this notice and confirm that the withdrawal 
process has commenced.
