on the Seedrs Secondary Market. This is a major step in the continued dev=
elopment of our Secondary Market=2C and it represents an important milesto=
ne in our work to be a full-scale marketplace for private investments.
The change will work as follows. Previously=2C as a prospective seller=2C=
you have only been able to list shares on the Seedrs Secondary Market at=
the set price we determine under our Valuation Policy (https://help.seedr=

=3DSEEDRS+ALUMNI+MASTER&utm_campaign=3D91f5d3c755-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2020_02_2=

cid=3D91f5d3c755&mc_eid=3D[UNIQID]&utm_source=3DSeedrs+newsletters&utm_ca=

Starting now=2C however=2C we will allow sellers to list their shares at=
a premium or discount price - up to 30% above or below the marked share p=
rice - if they so choose. Buyers will see each share lot and the price at=
which it is listed=2C and they can make their investment decision accordi=
ngly.
The change is effective from today=2C so you can use this feature when lis=
ting shares for the upcoming August market. Just head to the Sell Shares (=

The introduction of variable pricing is intended to provide greater liquid=
ity in the market=2C and therefore allow more investors to trade=2C where=
there is currently an imbalance between sell-side and buy-side demand. It=
will also help investors who=2C for personal reasons=2C may want to reali=
se a portion of their holdings even if it means they do so at a discount=
=2C and it will help prospective buyers who are so keen to be part of a co=
mpany=E2=80=99s journey that they are willing to pay a premium.

you have only been able to list shares on the Seedrs Secondary Market at=
