There's been a technical issue with our paperless pre-notification of charg=
es, which means we've had to switch on paper for a while. So, you'll start =
receiving paper copies in the post. We're sorry and we're working to fix th=
e issue. <br><br>

<strong>What you need to do</strong><br><br>

There's nothing you need to do.  As soon as the issue is sorted, we'll let =
you know.  You can still view your pre-notification of charges in Digital B=
anking when you select 'Statements'. <br><br>
