It has recently come to our attention that a few of our artists have recei=
ved an email expressing interest in an artwork acquisition. This email spe=
cifically mentions that the sender found the artist's work on Artpoint=2C=
and is asking if the artworks on our website are available for sale. This=
email is very likely a scam. Please do not interact with it=2C and forwar=
d it to us if you aren't sure so we can check for credibility. Please be v=
ery wary of emails that sound too general (for example=2C they do not ment=
ion a specific artwork or series of yours that they would like to acquire)=
=2C cite a specific price they would like to buy the artwork for (for exam=
ple=2C many scammers target digital artists expressing that they would lik=
e to buy an artwork for 5 ETH - or around $16=2C000 today)=2C or simply s=
ound too good to be true. If in doubt=2C reach out to us.
We have done a security check and no information from our database has bee=
n accessed or leaked. We assume that the scammers used the Artists page on=
our website to identify digital artists=2C and have been searching for yo=
ur emails on your personal websites=2C other platforms=2C or social media=
channels in order to contact you. Stay safe out there!

uld like to acquire)=2C <strong>cite a specific price</strong> they would=
like to buy the artwork for (for example=2C many scammers target digital=
artists expressing that they would like to buy an artwork for 5 ETH - or=
