Over our last two sessions, we covered both sides of the AI and authorship
conversation: first protecting your existing work from being used in AI
training (inputs), then exploring what happens when you use AI to create:
who owns the output, and how to prove it.

actively being debated, voted on, or implemented, and it's likely to keep
shifting in the months ahead. We'll update you as things evolve.
2️⃣ Many of the legal terms at play are open to interpretation, so what
we're sharing reflects the most common and widely held readings.
3️⃣ We've focused specifically on French and EU law, both because it's
what's directly relevant to Artpoint's practice (and therefore to you), and
because Europe is currently at the forefront of this conversation globally.
