Thank you for reaching out.

Under normal circumstances, we operate with a 50/50 split for corporate
licensing endeavors. To ensure fair compensation for the artist, we
customarily propose rates to clients that are significantly above 700 GBP
per annum. This approach aims to secure a commensurate return for your
displays as an artist. Therefore, we kindly request that any future
licensing inquiries you receive for works on Sedition be directed to us
before any price discussions. Our dedicated team strives to optimize such
opportunities by negotiating larger package deals.

Given that you have already agreed upon a fee, we would not want to disrupt
this arrangement. As a token of our commitment to your success, we are
prepared to modify our usual terms for this deal. Instead of a 50/50 split,
we will only retain 100 GBP, which amounts to approximately 15% of the
agreed fee.

Could you please e-introduce me to the client? This will enable me to
gather the necessary information from them to prepare a licensing
agreement. Once the agreement is signed, we will proceed to invoice the
client and subsequently disburse your share (600 GBP).
