"Ocado was a big step up for us as a brand at the time=2C because it was o=
ur first major retailer with national reach.
"Until then we had focused on health food stores like Wholefoods in London=
and independent gyms=2C spas and cafes around the country that we could g=
et to.
"However=2C despite being online only=2C Ocado is one of the fastest-growi=
ng retailers in the UK and has an enormous customer base - so this gave us=
a way to reach customers we previously couldn't reach geographically."

Sainsbury=E2=80=99s originally expected to sell around 50=2C000 bottles of=
Reggae Reggae Sauce a year =E2=80=93 but ended up selling that much per w=
eek. He says it was important to put the hard yards in the market first=2C=
before hitting the big time.
Levi said:
"The many years I spent at Notting Hill Carnival certainly confirmed that=
there was a gap in the market to put =E2=80=98music in the food=E2=80=99=
=2C and I felt the public were ready for Reggae Reggae Sauce. My time at t=
he carnival and at many food markets thereafter gave me complete confidenc=
e in the product - the public loved it. I therefore felt ready when Dragon=
's Den approached me to appear on the show."
