ing and not particularly the sciences so if a candidate is interested in sci=
ence they move onto a degree, nearly every CV I have are degree or if not th=

e=E2=80=99s received are not really what she was hoping for. She wasn=E2=
=80=99t planning on taking on a grad and feels the candidates
we=E2=80=99ve received are too experienced.<o:p></o:p></p>

on 1105, I have only just manged to have a teams with her as she has been o=
n holiday and sent me an email to let me know that she was at Uni so wanted t=

to her she is actually free full time from May and as she is a very good ma=
