Duties: This role is to lead the diagnosis of software and systems issues i=
n the development phase of an automotive vehicle platform.
The successful candidate will be part of the Central Systems integration te=
am. CSI have the key responsibility of planning and coordinating delivery o=
f software from multiple ECU's which when combined deliver the features and=
 systems of the vehicle under development.
This particular role within CSI will focus on issues resolution, specifical=
ly understanding root cause and assisting with resolution of systems and so=
ftware issues within the vehicle.
They will engage directly with complex issues to aid with data gathering, d=
efining the problem, analysing the data with the intent to understand which=
 team within JLR owns the resolution of the problems=E2=80=8B.=20
Role Activities =E2=80=8B

Determine the level of urgency required during the first stages of investig=
ations for an issue=E2=80=8B=E2=80=8B
Ensuring accuracy of data captured to ensure the quality of level 1 triage =
issue tickets when raised.=20
Ensure key testing assets are kept up to date and help in testing complex i=
ssues / systems
Working with all other areas of the business to ensure issues are understoo=
d and priorised correctly

Strong technical background with proven knowledge of electrical & software =

Knowledge of components and software systems including architectures and in=
