nnouncement; there will be a permanent increase in National Insurance contri=
butions effective from 6th April 2025. This change will impact workers withi=
n the programs operating under PAYE,
umbrella and taxed at source models.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal"><span lang=3D"EN-GB"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal"><span lang=3D"EN-GB">The associated NIC rate increase=
for employers is 1.20%, taking the contribution to 15% from 13.8%. In addit=
ion, the pay that will be subject to NIC is reducing from =C2=A39,000 per an=
num to =C2=A35,000. Similar to 2022, this will
result in an increase in the charge rate for our clients for each eligible w=
orker.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal"><span lang=3D"EN-GB"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal"><span lang=3D"EN-GB">In addition to the NIC increases=
, the government has also announced an increase to the National Minimum Wage=
from 1<i>st</i> April 2025 from the current =C2=A311.44 to =C2=A312.21 an i=
ncrease of =C2=A30.77 per hour to worker pay, however
we don=E2=80=99t expect many, if any workers that this applies to.<o:p></o:=
p></span></p>
