Hi Charley

It was good to speak to you earlier.  As per our conversation, please 
find the job description for the Project Manager role, JLR Order number 
31822 at a pay rate of £43.55 per hour LTD.  Please can you reply to 
confirm that you are happy for me to forward your details on this basis 
at this stage?  The duration states 13 weeks however in my experience 
people's contracts are more often than not extended.

Position Title: Project Manager

Position Description:
Project Manager accountable for delivery of vehicle programme 
workstreams to agreed time, cost and quality targets. Core 
responsibilities are: (1) structuring workstreams for success, (2) 
creating, maintaining & driving credible plans, (3) pre-emptive and 
skilled risk management to avoid issues, (4) controlling chnages to 
scope with rigour and discipline, (5) providing timely and accurate 
transparency on status and risk, (6) financial control of delivery costs 
to agreed targets, (7) driving adherence to JLR standards and process, 
and (8) ensuring clear and efficient decision-making and communication 
mechansims are in place. Leading a large cross-functional team across 
multiple locations is also critical.
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Highly competent Project Management skills, 
knowledge and experience in relevant fields of automotive, engineering 
or manufacturing. 2. Evidence of strong leadership skills, resilience, 
ability to drive success from ambiguity, and to act as a change agent in 
the JLR programme management transformation. 3. Relevant and up to date 
Project Management qualifications e.g. PMI, Prince, MSP, Agile etc.
Skills Preferred:
N/A
Experience Required:
Leading critical workstreams in major multi-year complex 
cross-functional programmes in relevant industry, evidencing 
deep-application of programme management competencies. Resource budget 
management over £5m p.a.
Experience Preferred:
Relevant and up to date Project Management qualifications e.g. PMI, 
Prince, MSP, Agile etc.

Additional Information :
location: Gaydon, Whitley, Coventry, Solihull, Castle Bromwich & 
Halewood Must be prepared to travel to all sites as and when needed
