Position Description:
The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to provide high quality
support to the business to achieve its strategic goals through proactive
HR Business Partnering. Human Resources Business Partners will build a
credible productive partnership with the Operational Business. This role
will input and support the execution of the people and organisational
plans with a focus on organisation effectiveness, talent management, and
building leadership capabilities Personal Profile Essential: -An

Skills Required:
Key Performance Indicators: -Establish new roles for To-Be organsation
including job descriptions, scoping factors and grading review -Lead and
deliver the people transition plan to support the transformation
programme -Develop the organization transition approach to help the
sponsoring organisation implement the planned changes (Moving from As-Is
to To-Be Operating model) -Develop a methodology for the selection
approach for new roles in the new organization across global purchasing.
-The lead for HR and legal due diligence and ensure appropriate level of
sharing, engagement and communication with the Production Purchasing
Transformation team. -Lead on designing and coordinating the people
elements of the communication strategy to enable line manager
communications of people change o Perform all the people transition
activities to assess, select and migrate resources to the new roles
-Develop resourcing strategy and ensure skill matching to role types
-Coach and prepare individual leaders to lead the change, and facilitate
alignment of project objectives among the leaders -Apply the
organization design principles to develop the detailed organization
design for Production Purchasing for the operating model to be efficient
and effective. -Scale the new organization design in line with
affordability guidelines and sizing tools. -Facilitate OD sessions with
the stakeholder groups ensuring cross-team/function communication and
collaboration -Identify OD decisions/process that have
cross-team/functional implications and communicate them to the
appropriate programme team leads (and manage this through P&O Board)
-Identify risks and assumptions associated with the elements of the OD
solution, working through to mitigate risks with appropriate contingency
measures/solutions
Skills Preferred:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities -To deliver HR interventions
to support the strategic direction of the business area while ensuring
the people strategy / approach is aligned across the business unit
-Support the Functional Directors to achieve short and long term
strategic objectives by delivering plans and initiatives through Human
Resources Business Partnering -Manage and resolve complex Employee
Relations issues within their area -Coach leaders and drive the ongoing
development of people capability in the line management population
-Support and effectively manage organisational change to ensure
strategic business objectives are met -Identify and evaluate
Organisation Design and propose changes to improve business efficiency
-Cross functional working with the Centre of Expertise and Shared
Service teams and wider HR community to deliver people strategies /
initiatives -Support the Head of Human Resources or Senior Human
Resources Business Partner with the Business area short and long term
workforce forecasting demand planning -Work with workforce planning and
Senior Human Resources Business Partner to achieve future business
requirement s -Use workforce analytics to identify opportunities to
improve business performance -Undertake any other work as directed by
their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
Experience Required:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential: -Proven Human Resources
Business Partner experience ideally gained within a large, complex
organisation -Strong business acumen shown through evidence of
developing, introducing new or innovative practices/processes in support
of strategic business goals. -Ability to multi-task a high personal
workload, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail
and hands on delivery. -Experience of influencing and implementing
change in large, complex organisations -Customer focused ¿ ability to
determine service requirements and performance measures, and initiate
solutions -Experience of involvement in talent management projects
-Proven experience of improving the workplace and workforce performance
through the delivery of HR interventions
Experience Preferred:
Desirable: -International experience ideally working for Blue-chip
organisations -Proven demonstration of a continuous improvement mind-set
- able to pro-actively identify and implement process improvement
opportunities -Coaching skills -An understanding of analytics and
metrics -Ability to interpret financial information -CIPD qualified or
working towards
Education Required:
