Position Description:
Bedrock Programme - Business Process Analyst Senior stakeholder 
engagement, hearts and minds, conflict management, prioritisation to 
tight timescales Helping the business to understand their processes and 
identify efficiency and productivity savings Directing the business in 
terms of realistic scope and expectations Ensuring that the ""right"" 
questions are asked to get to the heart of the processes and 
requirements Process engineering and mapping (Visio and/or ARIS) 
Responsibility for Level 1 and Level 2 process maps Responsibility for 
high level business requirements, functional and non-functional 
requirements and all related artefacts Working closely with the Business 
Systems Analyst to produce the low level system requirements and ensure 
that solution design is fit for purpose.
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)L1, L2 and L3 process mapping and process 
improvement using a variety of methodologies, software packages and 
process tools 2)Extensive business analysis skills for high level 
business, functional and non-functional requirements gathering and low 
level requirements design 3)Strong senior stakeholder management with 
demonstrable evidence of leading, shaping and delivering effective cross 
functional engagement

Experience Required:
"5 years + Business Process Mapping 5 years + Business Process 
Re-engineering / Improvement 5 years + Business Analysis and 
requirements gathering Demonstrable success in working on at least 3 
complex cross-functional projects in large organisations Demonstrable 
success in managing complex stakeholder relationships, conflict and 
competing priorities High degree of IT literacy"
