Hi Sarah

Apologies for the delay in reply, I was on a deadline for some freelance
work this morning and just saw your email.

Thanks for your email, I wanted to reply and explain as there has been a
bit of a change in my circumstances.

I have only very recently found out that I am a couple of months pregnant,
so whilst I would love to reschedule the interview and work with JLR, I
wanted to be open and honest with both you and JLR given this change. I'd
still love to be considered for the role and would be committed to giving
it my all, but obviously would need a period of time off and wouldn't be
able to travel later on in the year so I think it is best to be upfront
about this now.

I understand if they no longer want to meet me due to this, but would still
love to be considered and attend an interview. Apologies to you also for
this not being so straightforward.
