Working within HR this role is to search, assess =

Duties are to support the talent agenda for full recruitment life =
cycle, acting as a key source of expertise for the hiring manager for =

stakeholders to delivery and problem solve against current and future =
hiring needs, be responsible for high volume recruitment as well as =
proactive sourcing strategies. Sourcing and attracting internal and =
external talent, assessment and selection techniques, drive quality and =

Successful candidates will have 2/3 years=E2=80=99 experience of =
recruiting across a number of different disciplines (preferably =
LinkedIn) in a commercial environment, candidate sourcing candidates, =
general recruitment screening, comfortable with qualifying data and =
compiling reports, significant direct sourcing and networking =
experience, strong planning and general recruitment skills.
