Position Description:
"Daily actioning of purchasing requisitons for internal customers, 
challenging costs and work with Studio Managers and support delivery of 
budget financials. Maintain accurate financial data. Raise shopping 
carts and proces subsequent invoices. Interface with finance, 
purchasing. Present financial status on design models and overheads to 
Program Management & Senior managers Ownership for planning and 
development of internal project finances and tracking actuals Analysis 
of supplier rates, update of supplier rate card and value analysis Lead 
bi-weekly Finance Meetings and support operation day to day operational 
activities in a studio environment Software training planning and 
co-ordination Some headcount tracking"
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Good Understanding of Excel, Powerpoint and 
SAP 2. Able to interogate and analyse data 3. Co-ordinate and run 
meetings

Experience Required:

Experience Preferred:
Understanding of current business and budgeting processes; An 
enthusiastic self-motivated team player who is flexible in their 
approach to work and has the necessary drive to see tasks through to 
completion against set targets; A well organised person with good 
finance knowledge and possesses excellent numeracy, planning, 
negotiating, communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical 
skills using Excel; Ability to work at all levels, in terms of daily 
contact with Senior Execs and management in Design and other corporate 
functions.
