Hi Laura

Both candidates would like to interview.

I have arranged for Mark Oliver to attend at 2pm and Mandy Bradshaw at 
3pm on 26th June, hopefully this is ok?

Just so you are aware, both candidates are interviewing for other roles 
with other organisations.  If the Manager can, I would advise that the 
interviews be brought forward if possible.

Please can you confirm who they will be seeing, length of contract and 
what the rate is?
