  Hi Sarah,

  Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I'd like to be put 
forward for the grade 4 lab technician role (3057) if they are still 
looking for candidates. Whilst I do not have a level 2 food hygiene 
certificate, I have experience of following food hygiene regulations 
through volunteering at a local community café both in the kitchen and 
currently as a baker.

  The other role doesn't look like a suitable job role for me at the 
moment, but thank you for showing me the job spec.
