Position Description:
Function: Purchasing Role title: Project Leader, with relevant areas 
project management, Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance. 
Responsible for leading the delivery of localised supplier manufacturing 
facilities supplying into Plant Nitra, meeting all defined targets from 
a cost, timing and quality perspective. Responsible for the execution of 
localisation team deliverables and reporting of status as required by 
relevant programme gateways.
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Strong project management skillset, with 
demonstrable experience delivering complex projects within the 
Automotive Industry. 2)Ability to lead a project consisting of multi 
discipline, cross functional stakeholders, working in a high paced 
environment. 3)"Strong commercial and business accumen required, with 
the ability to deal with internal and external cross functional 
stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and 
assersion required, with a ""passion for quality""
Skills Preferred:

Experience Required:
Experience managing projects end to end, with inter linked dependencies 
to specified deadlines. Previous experience within the automotive 
industry managing projects (with cross functional stakeholders or 
external suppliers) Experience influencing internal and external cross 
functional stakeholders. Experience using project management tools 
relevant to managing Automotive projects (e.g. supplier timing plans, MS 
Project, APQP, LRR's) An appreciation of automotive, gateway driven 
processes (such as PCDS, APQP, and PSW). Strong IT skills"
Experience Preferred:
Preferably degree qualified Experience managing supplier projects from 
a cost, quality or delivery perspective

Location: University Of Warwick, Whitley & Gaydon & International 
travel to Central Eastern Europe when required This contract is a 6 
month rolling basis. The ability for international travel to Central 
Eastern Europe when required (typically once a month, with the ability 
to support critical milestones and gateways).
