Hi Alison

Hopefully you received my text last night.  You need to park at the 
Heritage centre and report to the gatehouse.  From there you will be 
able to get a bus to the offices.  It is all signposted don't worry.  
You need to leave 15 minutes to do this. Apologies for this not being on 
the letter.
