My company is based in Redditch; I have not yet determined the salary =
since it depends upon who comes forward. If the applicant is fresh out =
of university the salary will be different than if they are totally =
experienced and older; however it may be that we cannot afford an =
totally experienced person unless they offer an instant growth potential =
in sales.=20
The position is of course permanent unless the person has a need for a =
different kind of job and we can accommodate them. The object is growth =
and better management in the long term and there are many ways this can =
be achieved.=20
Apologies if this is a bit obtuse; it is borne out of the situation I =
have in my company. I regret the confidentiality but in today=E2=80=99s =
world it is possible for a junior to phone my company and impart =
information that leads to people knowing my plans which could cause =
problems; hence my secrecy.
I hope you find this acceptable; I shall try to answer whatever =
questions you have. It would help if you could send a transposition of =
the enquiry I sent. I do not have a copy since it did not transfer to my =
e mail and it would be helpful to know what I have communicated.
