Position Description:
> Ensure via targeted stakeholder management the successful integration 
> of the online sales capability into the business in a way that 
> maximises its chances of succeeding in delivering its KPIs and driving 
> value for both JLR and its customers > Engage stakeholders impacted by 
> the various changes in processes and procedures and ensure that they 
> are aware of what the benefits of change will be for them and be ready 
> to embrace the change > Have a communications plan and comms materials 
> with a view to progressing stakeholders along the change curve and 
> bringing about advocacy for online sales and its objectives > Determine 
> appropriate governance procedures for new processes and ensure the 
> correct mechanisms are in place to enable smooth running of online 
> sales operations once live > Support process integration work across 
> the project, responsible for leading stakeholders through process 
> mapping workshops and leading them in process redesign discussions, 
> responsible for a final process that is bought into by stakeholders at 
> all levels of the business from D grade to LL3.
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Experience of managing change on large scale, 
blue chip projects. 2)Excellent interpersonal skills to establish 
rapport, credibility and relationships at a senior level. 3)Be a strong 
delivery manager with a good track record of delivering change across 
multiple stakeholders

Experience Required:
Desirable: Educated to degree level. Experience as outlined above.
Experience Preferred:
Experience of managing change for automotive manufacturers
