Position Description:
"You'll be responsible for participating in early programme sourcing 
activities leading to the identification and concurrence of Suppliers of 
High Priority Warrant streams and engage all Suppliers of NTEI (New 
tooled end items) in APQP /eAPQP to lead to Ph1 and Ph3 PSW (Part 
Submission Warrant) approval in line with Programme timing. You will be 
expected to work with suppliers , challenging their PSW timing plans and 
influencing the cross-functional team to optimise and maintain PSW 
delivery plans In your role you'll: -Participate and follow up on early 
programme sourcing activities -Lead the process to identify and concur 
Suppliers of High Priority Warrant streams -Participate in PST/PMST 
meetings as required -Review Supplier's Design, Manufacturing and 
Quality status from APQP reports -Interrogate APQP Status reports and 
Corrective Action Plans (including High Priority Warrant Streams at 
required dates) to ensure the most accurate status is reported at all 
stages -Maintain constant and robust communication to the STA Site team 
& STA Launch teams -Actively Participate in plant Open to Go, New Tooled 
End Item and Governance PSW reviews (Part Submission Warrant) to ensure 
that all NTEI have an agreed PSW plan that is optimised and delivered 
-Support PSW Geba activities -Co-ordinate and report Cross-functional 
¿Risk Assessment¿ of no PSW¿d warrant Streams ahead of Plant build 
phases -Track iPSW submission
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Experience of working in Vehicle Engineering 
or a Quality function 2) Good leadership, negotiation, communication and 
interpersonal skills 3)Good IT skills, MS Excel etc.

"Knowledge and experience of APQP/PPAP, Self-motivation and ability to 
work using own initiative, Computer literate, Full UK driving license 
with no restrictions to European travel."
