Hi Ellen

TBH I haven't used it as much as I could have done as I didn't have my 
own log in and I felt that Sue didn't really want me to post many jobs.
I have had a few good candidates but like you say a lot of dross too.
I don't find the emailed CVs as good as CV library as if you mislay a 
CV you can't search for names in your emailed items as they come through 
as a number but yes it is good to have another site on top of CV 
library.
