Thank you for sending the documents - I=92ve taken a look at them and tryin=
g to get my head around this so have a few questions for you/Sue which I=92=
ve listed below.

  1.  Would it be NASA Group that pay me each week and in effect employ me?=
... Who is my contract with?
  2.  By being employed through JLR/Sarah Harvey/Nasa Group I=92m entitled =
to statutory sick pay, holiday pay at the rate of my hourly pay etc, correc=
t?
  3.  JLR/Sarah Harvey/Nasa Group will ensure my NI payments are taken from=
 my pay and any pension contributions are made by myself and JLR?
  4.  What is the JLR pension option please? ie how much do I pay in and ho=
w much will they pay in?
  5.  Do I pay any other insurance?  If so what and how much?



If you have any other information/detail about being a contractor and the e=
ffects it has on your salary/rights vs an employee then that would be great=
ly appreciated please as this is the first time I=92ve considered the optio=
n.



Then importantly, can you please get a gauge from JLR on when they expect a=
 response as I don=92t want to leave them hanging if they have different ex=
pectations to what I think I set out to Kevin?  To clarify from my side I h=
ave interviews today, tomorrow and Thursday morning which were all schedule=
d at the time of my interview at JLR.  I am keen to have all these intervie=
ws before fully deciding on my position with JLR.

However please do not let any of the above not detract that I am very excit=
ed to have received the offer and am keen on the role and working for Kevin=
, hence why I want to ensure everyone=92s expectations are understood=85
