Hi Sandra

Thank you for sending that across. The contract is for 3 months and 
most of our contractors do have their contracts extended at the end of 
their period. In the last year that I have been recruiting for Mondelez 
I have filled a wide variety of vacancies for them and only once have I 
had a worker who had a contract ended early (they were on a year 
contract and they were ended a month early) I have also had a number of 
contractors become permanent staff members at Mondelez both in roles 
they applied for on the internal recruitment system or by their role 
becoming a permanent position.

I can never 100% guarentee that a role will be extended or become 
permanent but then I also have many people who come to me to find new 
roles as even though they are in permanent roles due to business changes 
they have been let go at the end of their probabtionary period or been 
made redundant.

I always tell candidates there is no harm in applying if you get asked 
for interview you are interviewing the company as much as they are 
interviewing you and any doubts or worries you have you can discuss at 
interview as the managers will always be more forth coming in an 
interview than they are when we quiz them about roles.
