Good afternoon Catherine,

We were just discussing in the office Sabina starting tomorrow. Please
can we have the completed contractor declaration form by tomorrow
morning latest as she will not be able to start without this. We can see
Sabina has applied for the DBS so this can be left blank for now.

Please can you inform Sabina to arrive to the Warwick Junior School car
park tomorrow morning for a start time of 10:00am, again to call HR on
01926735413 to be collected as it is still the holidays and no
reception. Can you also let her know to bring in her ID documents so we
can verify her DBS, we will need her passport, driving licence and proof
of address dated within the last 3 months (Bank statement, utility
bill).

Please can you respond today so we know what we are doing tomorrow.
