Good afternoon,
I’m delighted to announce that shares are now available in our second
Emporium 100 horse.
Our first launch, the Bated Breath Colt, is currently in training with Seb
Spencer and has proven extremely popular, with a fantastic group of owners
already involved!
Our latest addition is the proven Archduke Ferdinand — a stunning grey
gelding by the stallion Gutaifan.
He is an eight-time winner, having won on both fast and slow ground, proving
himself to be an extremely consistent performer at a high level. Currently
rated 84, he will be well placed to run regularly in strong Saturday races,
giving his owners plenty of exciting days out throughout 2026.
Archduke Ferdinand has already shown real class on the racecourse, including
winning the Grey Horse Handicap at Newmarket, and breaking the track record
at Redcar not once, but twice, beating his own record again in 2025.
What do you get as an owner?
All owners will receive:
• Guaranteed place on a stable visit for yourself and a guest
• Guaranteed owners and trainers ticket, typically with only 40/50
people involved, this will happen multiple times
• A share of any prize money won
• Weekly updates via a WhatsApp group with fellow owners
Ownership & Fees
This syndicate with Archduke Ferdinand is slightly different to the other
Emporium 100 horse, with Archduke Ferdinand all shares are leased, unlike
the Bated Breath colt which are all owned by shareholders.
• Upfront cost in Archduke Ferdinand is £0
• 1% ownership in Archduke Ferdinand is £50 per month
• Fees are payable on the 1st of each month
• Payments will run from 1st March through 1st November
• For ownership of 5% or more, a discount will be applied, from £50
to £45

How does this syndicate work?
Emporium100 offers an exclusive and personal route into racehorse ownership.
With just 100 shares available, you’ll become part of a close‑knit group of
around 40–50 passionate owners.
Every member is guaranteed a place at all stable visits and has direct
communication with their Racing Manager, Harry Easterby, through a dedicated
WhatsApp group shared by all owners.
With fewer owners involved in this style of syndicate, shareholders
typically receive multiple owners and trainers tickets to the races
throughout the season, as-well as guaranteed places to visit your horse.
Each syndicate runs through a set term, at which point all prize money and
proceeds earned by the horse are distributed to owners in proportion to
their shareholding.
This is a leasing syndicate, which lasts until December 1st 2026. If any
owner drops out or does not pay the fee, their share will be passed on to
the next person in the waiting list.
The monthly cost of £50 per percentage covers all expenses, including the
lease of the horse, training, veterinary care, transport, registrations, and
administration, meaning there are no hidden costs or additional invoices
throughout the syndicate’s duration.
