Hi Bob,

I just wanted to flag one practical point on the digital funding we 
mentioned recently.

The funding itself is not first-come-first-served, but it is reviewed 
regionally and in batches. That means availability can change as the year 
progresses, particularly once budgets start being allocated.

Because of that, it is usually better to check eligibility earlier rather 
than leaving it until plans are already fixed.

The initial step is simply a short eligibility check, followed by a brief 
conversation if it looks relevant. There is no obligation and no commitment 
at that stage.
