Hello
Looking for advice and assistance and was told that I need to get in touch
with your department.
I currently own 37 Chandos Street in Leamington which I am told is a grade
2 listed building. ( If you could confirm this please that would be a
help)
I'm currently trying to bring it into the 21st Century. In a nice way of
course. Trying not to change any features. As it will not pass an EPC due
to the window fittings which are currently blowing through a gale.
I would like to know what I can do to change them.
I'm would like the same style obviously and in character with the original
building, I understand that the original glass does not conform to
building regs if I was to only get them repaired.
There is two street facing windows and two back, Not overlooked.
Can you advise what I can do? And what I can't do? Also are there any
grants in place that can help me with restoring the place. I currently
also have quite a lot of damp in the cellar.
Any help is appreciated
If I have the wrong department could you assist by pointing me in the
correct direction
