Need more time to pay? You can edit your monthly payments.
If you switch from an interest‑free monthly payment to a longer‑term one,
you won't be able to switch back to interest free (for that purchase).
If you miss a payment, you won't pay fees and we'll give you 7 days to catch
up.
If you haven't caught up after 7 days, we'll move you to the longest monthly
payment available for each purchase at your personalised rate. You won't be
able to switch back to interest free.
If we still can't take your payment, we'll report your account as being
behind to credit reference agencies. This might negatively impact your
credit score and make it harder to borrow in the future.
You’ll always keep the option to pay extra and early.
We don’t charge fees for paying off extra or early and you could save
yourself some interest.
