Dear Supplier,
Please find attached Billable hours reports for FY 23/24 as at the end of Q3
for those workers in PE, Design or SVO.
Points of Note
* Those in red are likely to exceed their FY Billable allowance if they
continue to submit hours as they are currently.
* There are still workers who have not submitted any non-billable hours
during the year, please arrange for any non-billable hours taken to be
resubmitted in order to show on the summaries.
* Worker Status is the current known status for the worker following the
exercise to obtain this from the supplier base.
Action
* Review workers in RED to ensure a plan is in place for these not to exceed
at year end, exceptions will be minimal and granted in exceptional
circumstances only. Any concerns should be discussed between the worker and
their line manager.
* Review your workers timesheets to ensure Non-Billable time is being
recorded with Units. We are still seeing a lot of 0 hr timesheets, these
need to be entered correctly and resubmitted.
* Please review the Worker Status listing and advise of any changes
required.
*Contractors who submit hours over the budgeted threshold will potentially
not be paid unless we receive an approved exception.
