Dear Owner,



We were informed by the government on Monday that we are permitted to reopen 
our sales offices and showgrounds, and we have given this update much 
careful thought and consideration.




By now, we had hoped to be in a position where government would allow owners 
back to their holiday homes, so like you, we are equally disappointed that 
we are still unable to reopen our parks, especially when beach huts owners 
can return and marinas are welcoming boat owners.




Following the launch of the virtual tour offering during lockdown, we have 
received a small number of enquiries, and although our sales offices can now 
reopen, the rest of the park must continue to remain closed.




We understand that this news will be frustrating for you, and we must remind 
you, that this is not our decision, and we are abiding by the law set out by 
government. At this time, we can only reassure you that we are doing all we 
can to lobby government and local MPs to support us in allowing owners back 
to their holiday homes.




We have made our voice heard, but now we need your support, we encourage you 
to join us in our lobbying and to contact the local MP for your park and 
make your voice heard to help our efforts in allowing owner’s permission to 
use their holiday homes.




We also understand your concerns regarding pitch fees, and as previously 
communicated, once we have authorisation from the government that we can 
reopen, we will confirm our decision regarding pitch fees and costs for our 
owners.




Hopefully, by us all working together, we can reopen our parks sooner for 
you all, and we wish to thank you for your continued patience and support 
through these unprecedented times.
