I'm on holiday as from today for two weeks.
I'm still waiting for info from my Accountant. It is actually our end of
year July 31st so it may be best now to wait until then for a more
accurate yearly figures.
Unfortunately he's been quite ill and I had trouble fitting in a meeting
with him along with that we have been extremely busy with recent client
developments
I must stress that you are not the only company that we are talking with
at present also.
As soon as I have our final figures I will be quite happy to discuss in
more detail.

Its not a problem but I can't send anything until I've spoken with my
Accountant who is not back from vacation until next week. If we lose any
deal in the meantime then so be it.
I did ask you however for feedback from the meeting and what intentions
they had before I hand over any information. Lets not forget that any deal
