With all respect. It's not our duty to manage David's expectations when he
is working under the supervision of Mondelez.
We can discuss with him what is happening and any issues that he has but
we are contracted to employ David on Mondelez behalf not manage or mentor
him in his a job.
If Mondelez is not happy with his work and ability we can't change that.
If Mondelez have an issue with David then they have every right to dismiss
him if they are not happy with his attitude or work ethic.
In 40 years we've never had a reply such as that and we are taken aback.
