Subject: Request from Mondelez to travel to India
Hi Sue,
As discussed on the phone today, Mondelez have requested that I travel to
India. This isn't fully confirmed as they initially want to know how I
would reclaim expenses.
The proposed dates are;
Travel out on 23rd March to Pune, India (from Manchester)
Return either 29th or 30th March (depending upon flights)
I would need to understand how I would reclaim the expenses for;
1. Flights
2. Hotel
3. Medical Vaccinations and Visa (if required)
4. Food
5. Other transport
6. Other sundries
I addition, I would need full business travel insurance.
I will confirm back once I have confirmation from Mondelez about the
travel request.
