With JLR if they come through ourselves PAYE you have to ask them in they
want a pension

Pay �19.47 NI �2.40 Hols �2.93 Pension 67p Rolled up rate �25.57 Charge 5%
�26.74 If they are on PAYE and they have a pension pay rate the stay the
same = �25.57 Charge rate �26.74 if they do not have a pension pay rate
�19.47 NI

NI �2.40 Hols �2.93 Rolled up rate �24.80 Charge rate �26.04. If the
candidates is unsure on pension then we put it in if they decide not to
have one we just inform JLR and they deduct it after.



If they go through NASA pay rate �25.57 Charge rate �26.74 there is no
element of pension they get a pension through an umbrella company so they
keep the pension money regardless.





NASA  do not confirm hourly rates they do send contracts out  they do no
put the   pay rate on the contract, so moving forward we need to make sure
the pay rate is sent to them even if the contractor decides to change
their mind which way they are being paid. We do not need to send any
contracts  just confirm start and end date and salary as the contract
comes from NASA who pay them.



Bob has made an admin error when putting the rate in for Sacha as its in
the system each week we have just picked it up as he has had a rise,
NASA do not check rates they just pay the contractor what we pay and they
do not check what we have sent to what we are paying, that is down to us,
we must make ensure contractors are sent the rate on email so we have
proof of the rate.
