OK, thank you for your help. As far as I know I though that I would lose
those in April, I couldn't find any of this information in the contract so
that's why I am lost.
Besides, I just noticed that in one of the previous emails I have from you
it says: It works out approximately 12% of your total gross based on 37.5
hours.
Since I started working for this company I have been working 40 hours a week
instead of 37.5 and this was discussed and agreed with Elizabeth and my
manager. So I'm wondering whether it is 12% of my total grossed based on
37.5 or based on 40 hours.
Apologise for the inconvenience all this may cause.

Dear Robert,
Thank you very much for emailing me all the payslips. I just got one of
them, I daily check my email and spam and I couldn't find them anywhere,
that's why I asked for them.
Regarding the holiday's payment, in my previous email I asked for a few days
off (issue that I couldn't speak with my manager yet) instead of getting
paid my holiday accrual.
How could we solve this situation? Since I really need to have those days
for personal reasons.

Hi Alba,
All your payslips have been sent out on a Friday with the exception of your
first week of which we had no email address.
I have attached them for your perusal.
You were paid £133 pounds last week which is so far your holiday accrual.
You currently have only worked four weeks,
As per my previous email on the 5/01/18
Your holiday allowance is based on the amount of hours that you work for a
temporary worker. Holiday can only be calculated on the amount you have done
not the amount you may do.
It works out approximately 12% of your total gross based on 37.5 hours. You
have only worked for four weeks hence you have been paid your total
accruement of £133.
If you work for another 8 weeks at 37.5 hours it works out at approximately
£40 per week accruement.
