Hi Nigel in answer to your questions Nigel.
As you were on a temporary part time contract.
After talking with Warwick School they have now requested that your contract 
be brought to an end on the 30th April 2018. They will however look to 
reemploy you later in the year if you are fit for work but there is nothing 
in stone over that and depending on their work allocation and finances that 
will be there decision.

Your sick pay has not been stopped and your final payment will be made this 
week up until your contract end 30/04/18.

Sue will send you an SSP1 form as per government guidelines.
You can collect it from the office if need be.

have asked me to get answers to the following questions. Has my employment 
with the agency come to an end. Have I been given form SSP 1. Having been 
payed sick pay why has it ended. And the reason why it has ended. Would it
