Travelling to Gatwick Airport or Brighton
On Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 January, rail journeys to Gatwick Airport and
Brighton will be disrupted due to Network Rail engineering works.
Direct services to the airport will be available from Victoria, while routes
from London Bridge will involve a replacement bus service from East
Grinstead.
Allow at least 90 minutes extra for journeys to Gatwick via either of these
routes. Journeys to Brighton and Sussex coast stations are also affected.

Northern line
Until late spring 2026
No service between Camden Town and Kennington (via Bank) after 22:00 on
Mondays to Thursdays
After 22:00 each night on Mondays to Thursdays, Northern line services will
still run between Camden Town and Kennington via Charing Cross.
On Friday evenings and at weekends, services via Bank will also run as
normal. Night Tube services via Charing Cross are not affected.
Allow more time for your journey and use alternative Tube services or local

Increased footfall and traffic levels are expected before and after each
event, with some venues implementing local road closures to safely manage
pedestrian and vehicle movements.
Until Friday 16 January, and from Monday 19 January until 21 February
Marylebone Road
Until Friday 16 January, Marylebone Road is reduced to two eastbound and two
westbound lanes between Lisson Grove and Wyndham Street. Harewood Lane is
reduced to one lane southbound.
From Monday 19 January until 21 February, there will be no vehicle access to
Marylebone Road from Enford Street.
This is for works to deliver a new section of Cycleway 51 at the junction of
Marylebone Road with Enford Street and Harewood Avenue.
Monday 19 January
Kensington
From 07:00 until 19:00, Kensington Gore will be closed for filming.
Waterloo Road
For approximately four weeks from 10:00 on Monday 19 January, Waterloo Road
will be closed to southbound traffic between the Waterloo Road Roundabout
and Westminster Bridge Road.
A signed diversion will be in place for southbound traffic.
