Of course.
We have never been your employer so during the first period of furlough in
April Sarah Harvey would have furloughed you. This I believe happened and
you should have been paid during this time frame. I requested you be
furloughed at this time because I hoped the company would return to normal.
We are not now in a position to be able to confirm we have a long term
requirement in the position you were working in. Sarah Harvey are therefore
in the position to be the only source of potential furlough you have.

I just have a question for you if you don't mind.
Because I'm being let go and i work for Sarah Harvey, they have said they
can't furlough me and you have said you can't furlough me and from watching
Martin Lewis, he said that it's down to the good will of the company you
work for.
So my question is this, if it costs you nothing, why can i not be furloughed
by yourselves until i at least find other employment because as it stands
right now, i have no income from this Friday.
Could you shed some light on this as I'm at a loss.
