I have just received the details below from our IT support who have advised
the reason why we are unable to receive the file.
Due to our on-going fight against security and confidentiality our server no
longer excepts zip files as they can contain serious threats and security
risks on opening.
Would it be possible for the client to rename the extension to something
else e.g. .doc and resend. I will be able to rename it back to a zip file
when its received

guide you to the relevant material as part of this Request for Proposal.
Sourcing Initiative Overview
You have been invited to participate in a tender concerning a joint sourcing
initiative between JLR and GRI, who are reviewing all of their major
temporary labour spend.
The strategic objectives of the initiative are:
* To maximise the placements available to our suppliers who provide the
highest standards of quality and value.
* Establish a more effective way of working together without compromising
the quality of talent supplied
* Establish cost transparency and consistency with the entire supply base
* Provide feedback in both capability and commercial performance to
facilitate performance improvement in order to increase business with JLR
* Promote cost efficiencies and deliver value to JLR
Request for Proposal Scope – JLR Temporary Labour
The scope of this RFP is the supply of Temporary Labour to JLR across the
top JLR Areas by spend in 2017 (Powertrain, Body Engineering, Vehicle etc.).
JLR and GRI are using this initiative to ensure that we are partnering with
the most capable suppliers at the most competitive prices within each JLR
Area.
This RFP serves as a formal means by which GRI and JLR are approaching you
to ensure we achieve our objectives and therefore we have invited leading
suppliers to bid on roles for each Area as part of this tender opportunity.
The aim is to select the minimum number of suppliers to meet JLR’s
requirements.
Total Opportunity
Suppliers invited to this process are presented with a substantial
opportunity to capture increased portions of a highly competitive tier 1.
* In the first three quarters of 2017, there were over 1100 contractors
placed competitively and over 500 placed as specified candidates in JLR
* JLR’s total annual spend on temporary labour is forecast to be c. £250m in
FY2017 and is expected to grow in FY2018
* GRI is a vendor-neutral managed service provider which is consistently
looking for high performing suppliers to work with on any existing or new
accounts
* Please refer to “2_GRI_RFP_PricingSheet_SupplierName” for a breakdown of
the forecast of temporary labour by role and Area for 2018
For this reason, we ask you to put forward your most competitive offer when
completing your response to this RFP and ask you to strictly adhere to the
structure, format and timescales set out within this RFP.

provide information and the opportunity to submit your proposals:
