Thank you for your email . I have left a voicemail with Annie but I'm
sure she will be thrilled and will confirm when she calls back .

As for the rate , you are correct it is an hourly rate of £10 and
agency charges to yourself is £14.80 per hour plus Vat.

Dear Katy

I spoke to your director as I understand you have probably left the
office today and my call was diverted to him.

The Partners have had a look at the two CV’s you sent me and have asked
me to contact you to arrange for Annie Smith to start work for one week
(in the first instance) on Monday 16th February at 9.00 a.m. As
discussed we do require Monday to Friday with our hours being 9.00 to
5.00 with one hour for lunch.

When you come back to me would you mind confirming in writing that at
the required hourly rate of £10 your agency charges us £14.80 per hour
plus VAT which is inclusive of all costs. This is what I was originally
told on the telephone when I first made contact.

If Annie is not available or feels covering for us is not what she
requires then would you see if Kate O’Connell is interested.

I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow.
