Right Stela,
I’ve misinterpreted what Sue was discussing with you.
I have presumed that on this occasion she was going to allow you to keep
your holidays and pay them out when you need them.
Which I have done for you and what I can gather is actually what you wanted
originally. There is no need to be so abrasive we are trying to do what is
best for you and at present we don’t seem to be managing that.
Generally we pay holiday on Bank holidays.
If you want holiday I can pay it, On this occasion if you don’t I will hold
it.

All this correspondence with Sue and my holidays was to clarify that I
cannot take non billable for bank holiday although I asked for non billable.
Seeing the payslip, I understand that eventually I can!?
