Have tried several times to confirm this.

The whole building is owned by Sarah Harvey Holdings (08155301 ) Susan
Home Director.
The building was bought by holdings in 2013 from Midland assured group.

First  and second floors are currently unoccupied and have been since
2013.

Ground floor is the only floor used and is leased to Sarah Harvey Limited
(06689240) Susan Home Director.

The current lease is between Sarah Harvey Holdings and Sarah Harvey
limited for only the ground floor.

The offices have been closed since April 2020 due to the Covid Pandemic.

We are hoping to return October 2021 / November 2021

The building is currently up for sale with Wareham's in Leamington Spa.

The lease is filed at the Leamington offices but I am currently on holiday
and will be able to supply it on my return. Write Hassel Leamington were
the underwriters and may also have a copy.

We understand that the property is no longer occupied (1st and 2nd floors
were void and exempt.) In order that we can update our records with the
correct details, can you advise the date your liability ended for these 3
assessments and if possible provide us with a copy of the lease confirming
the landlords details.
