Winter Wonderland
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will be open between Friday 14 November and
Thursday 1 January.
During this time, nearby Tube stations such as Hyde Park Corner, Green Park
and Knightsbridge are expected to be extremely busy with customers arriving
at and leaving the event. These stations may be closed or exit-only during
busy times to prevent overcrowding.
If you plan to go to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, consider walking from
Paddington, Victoria or Bond Street.

This closure is a precautionary measure to protect our trains from wheel
damage, which can happen during high levels of leaf fall caused by adverse

Buses and roads
Bus journeys will be affected by the following changes over the weekend. A
bus strike will affect some bus routes in southwest, west and northwest
London.
Bus strike
Due to planned strike action, some bus routes in southwest, west and
northwest London will be disrupted during the following times:
* From 05:00 on Friday 14 until 05:00 on Saturday 15 November
* From 05:00 on Monday 17 until 05:00 on Wednesday 19 November
* From 05:00 on Wednesday 26 until 05:00 on Saturday 29 November
During these strikes, little or no service is expected on the following
routes: 13 (24hr route), 23 (24hr route), 31, 218, 295 (24hr route), 452 and
N31.
All other bus routes, Tube and rail services will run as planned but
services in this area may be busier than usual. Plan ahead

Increased footfall and traffic levels are expected before and after each
event, with some venues implementing local road closures to safely manage
pedestrian and vehicle movements.
Travel advice for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
If you are attending the boxing match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, there
are several options to reach the venue:
* Victoria line - use Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale stations
* Weaver line - use White Hart Lane station
* Greater Anglia (national rail) - use Northumberland Park station
After the event, White Hart Lane and Seven Sisters stations are expected to
be extremely busy with managed queuing systems in place. Silver Street and
Bruce Grove stations will be closed to prevent overcrowding.
If you're boarding Weaver line services at White Hart Lane, do not change at
Seven Sisters for the Victoria line. Instead, we advise you to change at
Liverpool Street for Elizabeth line and Central line services.
Should the event finish around 23:00, there are likely to be longer waiting
times to enter local stations. It may be quicker to board a free express bus
service from Tottenham Green to King's Cross station and change for
alternative Tube and national rail services.
Saturday 15 November
West London
From 04:00 until 22:00, King Street, Hammersmith will be closed between
Hammersmith Gyratory and Bridge Avenue for a winter festival.
From 07:00 until 20:00, King's Road will be closed between Sloane Square and
Duke of York Square for a festival event.
Sunday 16 November
Central London
From 06:00 until 22:00, Elizabeth Street, Belgravia will be closed for a
festival event.
From 08:00 until 16:00, Whitehall, Parliament Street and surrounding roads
will be closed for a Remembrance parade and wreath laying ceremony.
Fulham
From 08:00 until 14:00, a 10k running event will take place in Fulham.
Multiple road closures will be in place including Harwood Road, Fulham
Broadway, Fulham Road, Dawes Road, Bishops Road, Munster Road and New King's
Road. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected in the local
area.
Monday 17 November until 2027
A23 Streatham Hill
From Monday 17 November, lane restrictions affecting both directions of the
A23 between the junction with Holmewood Road on Brixton Hill and the
junction with B221 Sternhold Avenue on Streatham Hill will be updated and
may lead to more significant delays in the area.
For short journeys in the local area, consider walking or cycling where
possible. Cycle diversions will be available throughout these works, and
will be safer and quieter than cycling through the works area on the A23.
If you need to drive in the Streatham area, allow more time for your journey
and check before you travel

The A23 will also be closed between the junction with the A205 Christchurch
Road and the junction with the B221 Sternhold Avenue from 22:00 until 05:00
each night on Sunday 16 and Monday 17 November, so traffic management can be
updated safely. Signed diversions will be in place during this closure.
This is due to ongoing work to deliver a new permanent road layout on the

If you are attending the boxing match at Tottenham =
Hotspur Stadium, there are several options to reach the venue:<ul>

<b>Victoria line</b> - use Seven Sisters or Tottenham =
Hale stations</li><li>
<b>Weaver line</b> - use White Hart Lane =
station</li><li>
<b>Greater Anglia (national rail)</b> - use =
Northumberland Park station</li></ul>After the event, White Hart Lane =
and Seven Sisters stations are expected to be extremely busy with =
managed queuing systems in place. Silver Street and Bruce Grove stations =
will be closed to prevent overcrowding. <br>
<br>
If you're boarding Weaver line services at White Hart =
Lane, do not change at Seven Sisters for the Victoria line. Instead, we =
advise you to change at Liverpool Street for Elizabeth line and Central =
line services. <br>
<br>
Should the event finish around 23:00, there are likely =
to be longer waiting times to enter local stations. It may be quicker to =
board a free express bus service from Tottenham Green to King's Cross =
station and change for alternative Tube and national rail services.<h2 =

West London</h3>From 04:00 until 22:00, King Street, =
Hammersmith will be closed between Hammersmith Gyratory and Bridge =
Avenue for a winter festival. <br>

between Sloane Square and Duke of York Square for a festival =

Central London</h3>From 06:00 until 22:00, Elizabeth =
Street, Belgravia will be closed for a festival event. <br>

From 08:00 until 16:00, Whitehall, Parliament Street and =
surrounding roads will be closed for a Remembrance parade and wreath =

Fulham</h3>From 08:00 until 14:00, a 10k running event =
will take place in Fulham. Multiple road closures will be in place =
including Harwood Road, Fulham Broadway, Fulham Road, Dawes Road, =
Bishops Road, Munster Road and New King's Road. Large crowds and =
increased traffic levels are expected in the local area.<h2 style=3D"">
Monday 17 November until 2027</h2><h3 style=3D"">
A23 Streatham Hill</h3>From Monday 17 November, lane =
restrictions affecting both directions of the A23 between the junction =
with Holmewood Road on Brixton Hill and the junction with B221 Sternhold =
Avenue on Streatham Hill will be updated and may lead to more =
significant delays in the area. <br>
<br>
For short journeys in the local area, consider walking =
or cycling where possible. Cycle diversions will be available throughout =
these works, and will be safer and quieter than cycling through the =
works area on the A23. <br>
<br>
If you need to drive in the Streatham area, allow more =
time for your journey and <a data-linkto=3D"https://" =
