Primary Duties: � Manage and lead projects, defining technical plans and
ensuring successful execution with adherence to agreed timelines for the
Cocoa Life technology platform. � Keep up to date records on projects
including timelines, budgets and milestones. � Develop solutions to
problems, ensure compliance to technical policies & procedures and deliver
technical input to address business needs. � Organize and execute pilot,
field and supplier trials, including data analysis, data monitoring and
data correction. Deliver results and interpretation, draw conclusions with
business relevant recommendations to support our global research platform
for Cocoa Life. � Visit projects running in West Africa and liase with
Country leads to ensure milestones are achieved. � Share-point
organisation of existing information and facilitate good project storage �
Implementation of project documentation across multiple projects � Create
and maintaining literature reports within the `Inventing Joy Framework�;
collating details of work both internally and externally with our
competitors. � Manage specific external resources linked with project
tracks. � Provide coaching and guidance to more junior project team
members. Secondary Duties: � Liase with the Statistics team to run macros
and create reports from data from our projects. � Working on climate
modelling and GIS mapping � Travel to Reading site- to meet with Technical
experts � Possible occasional travel to support trials at other sites
