Metropolitan line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September
No service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge
Use local or rail replacement bus services. This is due to track work.
Piccadilly line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September
No service between Acton Town and Uxbridge
Use alternative Tube, local bus or rail replacement bus services. This is
due to track work.
London Overground
Sunday 22 September
No service between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside until 14:30, and no
service between Gospel Oak and Woodgrange Park after 14:30
Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses
will run. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.
Elizabeth line
Sunday 22 September
Reduced service between Paddington and Heathrow/Reading
Services will not stop at Acton Main Line, West Ealing or Hanwell. This is
due to HS2 works at Old Oak Common station.
Buses and roads
Bus journeys will be affected by the following changes this weekend. We
expect to run a good service, but buses may be delayed, diverted or stop
short of their normal destination.
Thursday 19 September
O2 Arena
From 18:30 until 22:30, the O2 Arena will host a music concert. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.
Islington
A static demonstration will take place outside Islington Town Hall. Large
crowds are expected.
City of London
From 19:00 until 21:00, a sporting event will take place in the City of
London, starting and finishing at Guildhall Yard. Large crowds are expected.
Road closures will be in place along the route.
Friday 20 September
Central London
A protest will take place in central London during the day. Large crowds,
increased traffic levels and delays are expected.
O2 Arena
At 09:45, the O2 Arena will host a weighing-in boxing event. Large crowds
are expected before and after the event.
Saturday 21 until Monday 23 September
Blackwall Tunnel
Blackwall Tunnel will be closed to southbound traffic between the following
times:
* 23:00 on Saturday 21 to 05:00 on Monday 23 September
* 23:00 Friday 11 to 05:00 Saturday 12 October
* 23:00 Friday 18 to 05:00 Saturday 19 October
This is while works continue to complete the new road layout, as part of the
Silvertown Tunnel construction.
The tunnel will remain open to northbound traffic during these times.
On Sunday 22 September, we expect roads and alternative river crossings in
east and central London to be busier than normal.
If you need to cross the river, consider using crossings away from central
London, particularly for larger vehicles as some crossings are subject to
restrictions

. The Congestion Charging zone will be in operation as normal.
From 22:00 on Friday 20 until approximately midnight on Sunday 22 September,
bus route 108 will not cross the river and will instead operate as two
services either side of the river, starting and terminating at Canning Town
and North Greenwich.
To cross the river, use Tube and rail services. Auto refunds will be in
place for bus 108 customers who touch in and out on the Jubilee line between
North Greenwich and Canning Town.
From approximately midnight on Sunday, northbound buses will return to their
normal route. Southbound buses will be diverted via Tower Bridge until the
tunnel is re-opened to southbound traffic on Monday.

Saturday 21 September
Bermondsey
From 04:00 until 22:00, an annual festival event will take place on
Bermondsey Street. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
St James's Park area
From 08:00 until 17:00, a run will take place around St James's Park,
starting and finishing at The Mall via Horseguards Road, Birdcage Walk, Spur
Road and Constitution Hill. Large crowds and road closures along the route
are expected.
Wembley Stadium
From 12:00 until 19:00, Wembley Stadium will host a boxing match, starting
at 16:00. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and
after the match. Allow more time for your journey and avoid Wembley Central
for your return journey, if you are able to do so.
Central London
From 13:00, a march will take place from Parliament Square to Downing
Street. Large crowds are expected.
From 19:00 until 23:30, a march will take place, starting and finishing at
Temple Place via Whitehall. Large crowds are expected.
From 19:30 until 23:30, a series of charity walks will take place across
London, starting and finishing in Battersea Park. Large crowds are expected.
O2 Arena
From 18:30 until 22:30, the O2 Arena will host a music concert. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.
Sunday 22 September
Central London
From 08:00 until 15:00, a 10k run will take place across central London.
Road closures will be in place along the route. Large crowds are expected.
Chiswick House
From 10:00 until 18:00, Chiswick House will host a music event. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected.
Hackney
From 11:00 until 22:00, an annual carnival event will take place in Hackney.
Large crowds, increased traffic levels and road closures are expected.
Hampstead
From 11:00 until 18:00, Heath Street will be closed for a festival event.
Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
From 11:00 until 22:00, a music event for Car Free Day will take place on
West End Lane. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected. Road
closures will be in place, but buses will be allowed through.
Edgware
From 11:00 until 22:00, a rally will take place at Stone Grove Park. Large
crowds are expected.
O2 Arena
From 18:30 until 22:30, the O2 Arena will host a music concert. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.
Santander Cycles
The following docking stations will be closed this weekend:
* Stonecutter Street, Holborn
* Eaton Square, Belgravia
* Eastbourne Mews, Paddington
* Sardinia Street, Holborn
* Burdett Road, Mile End

Blackwall Tunnel</h3><p>
Blackwall Tunnel will be closed to southbound traffic =
between the following times:</p><ul>

layout, as part of the Silvertown Tunnel construction.<br>

The tunnel will remain open to northbound traffic =

On Sunday 22 September, we expect roads and alternative =
river crossings in east and central London to be busier than normal.<br>
<br>
If you need to cross the river, consider using =
crossings away from central London, particularly for larger vehicles as =

<br>
To cross the river, use Tube and rail services. Auto =
refunds will be in place for bus 108 customers who touch in and out on =
the Jubilee line between North Greenwich and Canning Town.<br>
<br>
From approximately midnight on Sunday, northbound buses =
will return to their normal route. Southbound buses will be diverted via =
Tower Bridge until the tunnel is re-opened to southbound traffic on =
Monday.<br>

Wembley Stadium</h3>From 12:00 until 19:00, Wembley =
Stadium will host a boxing match, starting at 16:00. Large crowds and =
