A Confirmation letter showing personal guarantees have been cancelled
If you can remove the debenture. We didn’t put it there and the last time I
tried to remove one after we left a previous Factoring company caused
problems. So if you can do that please.
Can you also send me a copy of the reassignment letter

Hello Bob,
I will allocate the payment in the morning for you.
Once allocated I will be in a position to reassign the ledger to you.
You are able to remove the debenture yourself. There is a form available on
companies house called an MR04 – or if you prefer we can remove it for you?
The personal guarantees will be null and void once the current account is
repaid. This is in effect, closing the facility down once the ledger has
been reassigned.
I will be more than happy to send you a letter to confirm though, if you
wish?
There is a letter that is automatically generated once I have reassigned the
invoices stating that we have no legal rights over the invoices anymore, so
once produced tomorrow I will send it over for you.
You will be able to send this to your customers and inform them of the
change in bank details.
I don’t believe we have received any payments for you that haven’t been
allocated, but by all means, if you are made aware of any then let me know
and I will look into it for you.
I will keep an eye out for any payments received over the coming days and
weeks and send them on once received.
As agreed with Greg, access to the E3 system will remain open for you.
As tense as the relationship has been over the last few months, I do wish
you and your business well moving forward.
I will miss having you as a client. You have been with me from the beginning
when I started as a credit controller.
I will send over the closing aged debt and other bits for you tomorrow.

I have just paid off the final amount as requested reference Calverton final
payment for £12016.28 as promised to Greg.
If you can re-assign the existing invoices back to us. That would be much
appreciated.
As discussed with Greg I have a personal debenture on myself and the other
director along with a debenture on the business. Can these pleased be
removed and a letter of release forwarded onto me for banking purposes.
Could you also provide a notice of discharge from Calverton so that we can
forward it onto our clients for change of bank details
We have not cancelled any payments with Boxit, and GRI / geomet. Although
Geomet account now clear.
There should be a payment from Geomet for invoices from the past two weeks
for £4118.88. If you can forward that on please and would appreciate
anything else that is outstanding. I believe Boxit has a payment to make
before the end of the week..
Can you please make me aware of any other outstanding payments that have
been made and that you have on your system that have not been allocated that
could belong to Sarah Harvey.
If you could get any information over to me asap that would be much
appreciated.
